How to make a Section 75 claim on Monzo Flex
How to claim from the Flex section:
go to the Flex feed
tap the transaction you're having issues with
scroll to the bottom to find the Something wrong? Get help button
The transaction help screen will pop up and give you three choices:
If you don’t recognise the transaction – Report Fraud
If you haven’t received the products or services you paid for – Dispute the Transaction
If you were overcharged, or expecting a refund – Dispute the Transaction
We’ll ask that you reach out to the retailer and wait for two weeks for them to get back to you.
