What happens if I miss a payment?
You can use your deposit to clear a missed payment in limited circumstances. You can only do this twice without topping your deposit back up. This is so you don’t rely on it for missed payments. If you already have Flex, see how many times you’ve used your deposit here.
How do I use my deposit to clear a missed payment?
Tap your Flex card
Tap catch up on missed payment
Choose if you’d like to catch up on the missed payment or switch to minimum payment
Tap the toggle to use your deposit
How do I top up my deposit?
To do this:
Tap top up
Choose where you’d like to move the money from
Enter the amount and tap move money
You’ll need to be up to date on payments and have enough money in your account to be able to top up your deposit.
