Transaction not appearing in FreeAgent / QuickBooks / Xero
For FreeAgent and Xero, we sync 'authorised' transactions to your accounting tool, daily, every few hours. To check when the last sync happened, head to your Home tab and scroll down to Accounting Tools.
If you’re missing transactions dated before your most recent sync, it’s best to [manually export them] (https://monzo.com/help/business-accounts/manual-export-transactions-accounting-tools/).
For QuickBooks, you should check with QuickBooks how regularly they sync.
