FreeAgent / Xero account not syncing

When connecting your Monzo Business account to FreeAgent or Xero you can choose to sync transactions from up to 12 months ago.

After you've connected, the first sync will happen once a new transaction is authorised. After that, FreeAgent or Xero sync daily, every few hours.

If your account has disconnected, we will send you a carousel message asking you to reconnect your account. While your account is disconnected, we won’t sync any transactions to the accounting tool, but we’ll ask you if you want to sync any missing transactions when you reconnect (if you have any).
