Automatically export business documents to Google or Microsoft

Export business docs to Google or Microsoft

Need to share your bank statements or invoices with your accountant or someone else you trust? Want some help with storing and organising these documents?

With Monzo Business Pro or Team you can auto-export monthly bank statements or paid invoices to a Google Drive or a Microsoft One Drive. And share access with whoever needs to see them.

It's completely your choice, so you'll need to opt in before we start exporting your data.

This feature is a great solution to any customers who want a view-only/read-only access level, as you can share the financial information of your business (for example with your accountant) without having to add them to the account itself!

How to set up auto-export bank statements

If you opt in, we'll create a folder in your Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive called 'Monzo Business' and export last month's bank statement on the 1st of each month. We can also export old statements if you want.

You can choose PDF, CSV and QIF format and you can turn it off at any time from the app by tapping Disconnect account.

To get set up, head to Home, swipe down, tap Auto-export documents and follow the steps.
