Pots not appearing in FreeAgent / Sage / Xero
Pots (including Tax and Instant Access Savings Pots) aren't actually a separate account to your Monzo Business Account, so they won't display separately in most of the accounting platforms (FreeAgent, Sage or Xero.)
These platforms should show the total balance of your account, including any money in all Pots.
So, if you have £1,000 in your main account, £500 in a Regular Pot, £250 in a Tax Pot, and £200 in an Instant Access Savings Pot then your total balance is £1,950. This is the balance you'll see in FreeAgent, Sage or Xero.
If you use our Quickbooks OpenBanking integration, then only transfers to and from Pots will sync to your platform.
