Old transactions not appearing in FreeAgent / Xero

When you first connect (or reconnect) to FreeAgent / Xero, you can sync your past Monzo Business transactions (up to 12 months).

If you don’t do this at first connection, any transactions that you made before integrating your business account with FreeAgent / Xero account won't appear.

In this case, you'll have to manually upload these transactions. You can do this by exporting your Monzo bank statement as a CSV file and upload it to Xero/FreeAgent directly.

To generate a statement in your app, just head to your 'Home' tab, tap on the 3 dots under your balance and tap 'Statements' then choose what dates and the CSV file type.
