Automatically export business transaction data to Google sheets

Export transactions to Google Sheets

Need to share transaction data with your Accountant or Bookkeeper?

With Monzo Business Pro or Team you can export transaction data to a Google sheet straight away. It's completely your choice, so you'll need to opt in before we start exporting your data.

This feature is a great solution to any customers who want a view-only/read-only access level, as you can share the financial information of your business (for example with your accountant) without having to add them to the account itself!

How to set up auto-export transactions

If you opt in, we'll add your transactions to a Google Sheet as they happen. For every payment, we'll export the amount, time and date, merchant or payee name, categories, type of payment, currency, notes and tags, and location.

They'll go to one Google sheet called 'Monzo business account transactions' and you can turn it off anytime from in the app. Just tap Forget Google account.

To get set up, tap Home in your app’s menu bar, swipe down, tap Auto-export live transactions and follow the steps.

Once you're set up, you'll need to head to Share in the Google sheet to share access with a trusted person or 3rd party.
