Updating your email when locked out of the app
To get back into your account, you’ll need to update your email address. Here’s how:
Email us at help@monzo.com
In the email, we’ll need:
Your old email address
Your new email address
Your phone number
A photo of yourself, holding up your photo ID or holding up a piece of paper with today’s date on it We need to see both your face and your ID or piece of paper in the same image
Then sit tight and we’ll let you know when we’ve updated your details.
When you log back in with your old email, we’ll ask you to pop your PIN in.
