I'm getting a 'User Authentication' message when I try to log in

You may receive this message if you've recently changed your phone, or restored it from a backup using iCloud.

iCloud usually keep all of your accounts logged in, but as a bank we have tighter security than other apps so it doesn't quite work as expected.

Please try re-installing your app to login to Monzo again.
