We’re aware that some customers are having trouble getting through to our team using our automated phone system (IVR) right now. We’re really sorry for the frustration this causes—our engineers are working hard to fix this as quickly as possible.

How to get help in the meantime If you can’t get through on the phone, the fastest way to reach us is through the Monzo app:

  1. Tap the 'Help' icon in the menu bar.

  2. Search for the topic you need help with.

  3. If you still need us, tap 'Chat with us' at the bottom of the article.

If it’s an emergency If you’ve lost your card or think you’re a victim of fraud, you can still freeze your card instantly in the app by tapping on your card and selecting 'Freeze'.

Alternatively, you can attempt to call us on +442038720620. Please keep in mind this isn't a freephone number. Calls will be charged at your service provider’s standard rate (the same as a normal landline or mobile call).

If you’d prefer to avoid call charges, the best way to reach us is through chat in the Monzo app. It’s free to use and our team can help with almost anything there.
