Changing my notifications

You can change what kind of notifications you get from us in your Settings screen.

To get to your Settings screen, follow these steps:

  • Go to "Account" in your Monzo app
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen
  • Press "Settings"

Toggle off 'Transactions and payments' to stop getting notifications each time there’s a transaction on your account.

If you want to stop getting any notifications from Monzo entirely, you’ll need to go into your phone’s settings and switch them off.
