The best way to contact our support team is to chat with us in the app. You can get help by telling us a bit more about your problem. We’ll then direct you to a self-serve flow, help article, a chat with one of our customer support agents or our AI Assistant (we'll make it clear if that's the case). You can always ask to chat with an agent if you need more help.

If your question isn’t urgent

If your question isn’t urgent, we’ll be around to answer it between 7am and 8pm via call or chat.

There are some things we can't help with over the phone, like sharing account information or updating your phone number or email address.

You can update these details in the app.

  3. Tap Settings

  4. Tap your name to change your address, phone number and email address
