Updating your email when locked out of the app

To update your email address and get access to your account, please:

  1. Email us at help@monzo.com

  2. In the email, include:

    • ✉️ Your old email address

    • ✉️ Your new email address

    • 📱 Your phone number

    • 📸 A photo of yourself holding up your photo ID so we can confirm it’s you

  3. Sit tight – we'll get back to you as soon as we've updated your details.

  4. When you log back in using your new email, we’ll ask you to enter your PIN for security reasons.
