Updating your email when locked out of the app
To get back into your account, you’ll need to update your email address.
Please email us at help@monzo.com and include:
Your full name
Your email address and phone number registered on the account
Your 8 digit account number
A photo of yourself, holding up your photo ID or holding up a piece of paper with today’s date on it. We need to see both your face and your ID or piece of paper in the same image
Your new email address
Then sit tight and we’ll let you know when we’ve updated your details.
When you log back in with your updated email, we’ll ask you to put your PIN in.
