Why is my payment still pending?
When you make a payment, it happens in two parts. First, we set the money aside in your account so you can’t spend it – that’s when we create a transaction in your app.
Then the merchant comes to collect the money, usually a couple of days later.
In the time between us setting it aside and the merchant collecting, the payment is ‘pending’, so we put a note on the transaction to let you know.
