Recovering your PIN

If you put the wrong PIN in too many times when making a payment, we block your card to keep it safe 🔒

You can recover your PIN by following these steps:

  • Tap the ‘Card’ button on the affected account and you’ll see the option ‘Reveal PIN’

  • Follow the steps (you'll need to take a selfie video)

We will never ask for your PIN, long card number or three digits from the back of your card, so please keep this a secret, even from us!

Once we've verified your identity we'll unblock your PIN, and show you a reminder of what it is.
