How do I view my Home Insurance policy document?
You can find and download your Monzo Home Insurance policy document in your app by following these instructions:
Go to the insurance section in your app and tap on your active policy
Tap ‘Check cover’
Tap 'Policy documents'
If you don’t have access to your Monzo app and you’d like us to send your insurance documents to you via email please get in touch at help@monzo.com.
