I can’t find the right category for my high-value item
We only ask you to tell us about high-value items that fall into the following categories:
Art
Bikes
Jewellery
Watches
Portable Electronics
Mobile phones
Camera/photography gear
If you own an item that doesn't fall into any of these categories (for example, sports equipment, a musical instrument, or a fashion accessory like a handbag), they are covered up to their full value under the standard contents cover while they are inside your home.
However, if the item was damaged or stolen outside of your home, it would only be covered up to the £1,000 limit for 'out of home cover’ on the policy.
