What is Experian Support Hub?
Experian Support Hub is a free service you can use to share your support needs with all your service providers at once. We’re a participating organisation, so you’ll be able to share info with us through Experian.
If there’s anything that affects the way you deal with your money or the relationship you have with us as your bank, it might be worth telling us. For example:
If you have a preferred way to communicate with us
If you’re experiencing a life event or change in circumstances
If you need extra support managing your money
If you have a disability or condition that impacts you
Using Experian Support Hub
To use Experian Support Hub, first register or log in. You can then enter your support needs and select Monzo as an organisation you’d like to share that information with.
You can control what information is shared with which organisations. You don’t have to share everything with every organisation, and you can remove or update the information you’ve shared at any point.
