We’re transparent about what we’re doing, and don’t hide behind jargon. Our tone of voice is inclusive and we always explain the technical stuff.

Bank wherever you are

We’ll never ask you to go to a branch. You can sign up, transfer money or recover a lost PIN with your phone.

How we’re supporting you

Monzo's Wellbeing Team can provide different types of support including:

  • changing the way we talk to you

  • making adjustments to your account to make banking with us easier, or

  • connecting you to further support organisations

Other places you can get help from

Mencap has support for people with learning disabilities, and their families and carers. They offer several services including support with housing, social care and travel. They also have a page on Cost of living crisis.

Age UK supports older people with a range of services including IT training, a befriending service and handyperson services. They have over 125 local Age UK centres which include transport, exercise classes and social activities.
