How we support your accessibility needs
Monzo features that can help people with accessibility needs
Accessible writing
We’re transparent about what we’re doing, and don’t hide behind jargon. Our tone of voice is inclusive and we always explain the technical stuff.
Bank wherever you are
We’ll never ask you to go to a branch. You can sign up, transfer money or recover a lost PIN with your phone.
How we’re supporting you
