Updating your card delivery address

When you sign up and request your first card, we can only send it to the address you register with.

If you need to update the delivery address for a replacement (not your first) Monzo card, please chat to us in the app:

  • Tap the Help icon in the menu bar

  • Search ‘Updating your delivery address’

  • Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article
