My card's contactless doesn't work

When you get you order a Monzo card, you need to activate it in the app.

It's rare, but sometimes contactless doesn't activate. If you have this issue, make a Chip & PIN transaction and then contactless will work.

If you've done both of these steps and your card's contactless still doesn't work well, order a replacement by freezing your card, and then selecting 'replace' 😊
