Updating your card delivery address
We can't change the delivery address for your first card, as we have to send it to the address that's registered on your account.
If you think there's a typo or a mistake, tap Get in Touch below to let us know.
ℹ️ Please Note: If you've already reached out to us to change your address, and received a notification that we're unable to do so, we won't be able to change this decision
If this isn't your first Monzo Card and you need to update your delivery address you can do so by tapping here.
You can then order a replacement card from the app. Just follow these steps:
Head to the Home screen
Swipe across to the card you're using and make sure it's frozen. (If you can't see Freeze, pull down on the list of transactions or tap Card)
Tap Replace
Follow the instructions, and a new card will be on its way!
