HelpMy Monzo Card and PINMy card hasn't arrived

My card hasn't arrived

Monzo cards normally arrive within 5 working days, but can sometimes be a little bit longer.

If it hasn't arrived after 5 working days, follow these steps to reorder:

  1. Head to your "Account" tab
  2. Select the 'Manage' icon underneath your card
  3. Tap "Your card order"
  4. Tap "Reorder card" 😊
