Reporting a lost, damaged or stolen card

If your card’s lost, damaged or stolen it’s easy to order a new one.

Lost or damaged cards

Tap Home in your app’s menu bar Tap Card Tap Freeze Tap Order a new card just below Choose the reason you’re ordering a new card

Stolen cards

If your card’s been stolen, or you’ve seen transactions that don’t look right, make sure you’ve frozen your card until you get the new one.
