Automatically export business transaction data to Google sheets

Need to share transaction data with your Accountant or Bookkeeper?

With Monzo Business Pro you can export transaction data to a Google sheet in realtime. It's completely optional, so you'll need to opt in before we start exporting your data.

How to set up auto-export transactions

If you choose to opt in, we'll add your transactions to a Google Sheet as they happen. For every payment, we'll export the amount, time and date, merchant or payee name, categories, type of payment, currency, notes and tags, and location.

They'll go to one Google sheet called 'Monzo business account transactions' and you can turn it off at any time from in the app by tapping on 'Forget Google account'.

To get set up, head to the app and in your 'Home' screen swipe down, tap 'Auto-export live transactions' and follow the steps.


Once you're set up you'll need to head to 'Share' in the Google sheet to share access with a trusted person or 3rd party.
