Changing your legal name

If you want to change your legal name, you'll need to provide us with some form of ID to verify the change. This can be something like a drivers licence or passport issued since your name change, or a marriage certificate or deed poll.

You'll need to chat to us through the app to change your name. Here's how:

  • Tap the Help icon in the menu bar

  • Search ‘Changing your legal name’

  • Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article
