There are times when it can be really useful to tell us about your situation – especially if it affects how you manage your finances, your ability to communicate with us, or if you have somebody helping you with your banking.
If you tell us about your circumstances and explain how we might be able to help, we can use that knowledge to support you better.
Your information will go to a specialist here at Monzo. They'll review your account and see if there’s anything we can do to help.
We'll never share your information outside of Monzo, and we'll always ask your permission before we make any changes to how we manage your account.
