What to do if you can't find my pension?

If we haven’t been able to help locate your previous pensions, there are a couple of steps you can take to try and find them

  • Search through old employment contracts, payslips, bank statements, or P60 forms for a provider name or policy reference number

  • Reach out to the HR or payroll department of your old workplace with your exact dates of employment to ask which pension provider they used.

  • Go to the official GOV.UK Pension Tracing Service to search a database of over 200,000 pension schemes.

If you manage to track down your policy you can use the policy details to start a transfer to your Monzo Pension.
