Cancelling Aura

You can cancel Aura once your minimum term ends and switch back to Flex. Aura has a minimum term of 3 months. Once you’ve reached the minimum term, you can cancel. If you cancel, all of your partner perks will continue until the last day of your billing period.

If I cancel Aura, do I lose my credit card?

You can cancel Aura if you have a £0.00 balance and you will lose access to your Aura perks at the end of the billing cycle. If you’d like to close your account you can do this in the app.

If you have an outstanding balance on Aura, you can switch to a free Flex product and repay your balance before closing your credit card account. Cashback that has already been invested remains in Investments, but you’ll no longer qualify for cashback at Aura rates.
