How to upload bills in the app

  • head to the ‘Pay’ tab

  • tap ‘Add bill’

  • you can take a photo of your bill, upload one from your Library or choose one from your files

  • a draft payment will then be created with the payment amount, payee details, reference and due date automatically extracted from your bill

  • you can then review the payment, pay it there and then, schedule it for later or save it as a draft.

On the Web:

  • head to the 'Payments' section

  • select 'Bills to Pay' under the payments tools

  • follow the flow to upload your bill

  • a draft payment will then be created with the payment amount, payee details, reference and due date automatically extracted from your bill

  • you can then review the payment, pay it there and then, schedule it for later or save it as a draft.

Photo hint: make sure all the details are in the frame and your photo’s well lit so the text is clear.

Bills can be uploaded as PNG, JPEG or PDF and should be less than 3MB.

We’ll show you the drafted payment with all the details from your bill. You’ll need to check everything’s correct. You can make edits if you need to.

After the bill has been uploaded, your account Admins and Collaborators will be able to see the uploaded bill attached to the transaction.

This feature is in beta, meaning it’s still being tested, is only currently available to a select number of businesses and may change as we improve it.
