Anyone with an expense card can spend online or in person, including through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Simple ways to add expense details For every expense card payment we ask the team member to add a receipt (either as a photo or PDF) and a short summary of what they paid for and why. They can also add the VAT rate they paid and categorise the payment. For example, meals, travel or supplies.
