Expense cards let selected team members spend up to limits you set for them and save everyone from endless expense admin.
With this access level, all an Expense cardholder can do is spend with their card and view their spend activity for that card - that’s it! They can’t view the account balance or do anything else at all.
Set a monthly card spend limit
For each Expense cardholder, you can set a limit for how much they can spend on their card in a month and the limit resets on the 1st of each month.
You can allow them to withdraw cash from an ATM, or not. If you do allow cash withdrawals, the amount they can withdraw will match the monthly spend limit you set for that team member.
Only team members with Admin access can set and update Expense cardholder limits.
