How do I transfer my ISA?
Transferring an ISA To Monzo
Right now, you can only transfer an existing ISA into one of our Stocks & Shares ISAs.
We don’t currently support transferring money from an existing ISA into our Instant Access Cash ISA.
To start transferring your existing ISA into a Stocks & Shares ISA:
Go to your investment account
Tap ‘Transfer an ISA’
Follow the instructions and provide the details of your existing ISA
We’ll do the rest. We’ll contact your old provider and ask them to start the process of transferring your ISA to Monzo. We’ll let you know when this is complete.
Transferring an ISA to a new provider
To transfer your Monzo Cash ISA or Stocks & Shares ISA to another provider, you’ll need to contact the provider you’re moving to. They’ll give you an ISA transfer form to complete.
We only support full ISA transfers.
If you have multiple Cash ISA pots, they all sit under one ISA wrapper - so transferring your Cash ISA will move all Pots together and close them at the same time.
Transferring your Monzo Cash ISA
We don’t currently support electronic Cash ISA transfers, but you can still transfer by completing a Cash ISA transfer form with your new provider.
You’ll need to use your Monzo account number, which you can find on the image of your personal account card at the top of the home screen.

Transferring your Monzo Stocks & Shares ISA
You’ll need your Stocks & Shares ISA account number, which you can find at the bottom of the investments home screen.

Once you’ve shared the details, your new provider will contact us and we’ll transfer the money.
