Your Monzo Mobile bill and payments

You pay for Monzo Mobile from your Monzo account, once a month. Your first payment comes out on the day you sign up, then on the same date each month after that. So if you sign up on 1 January, you'll be charged on 1 February, then the 1st of each following month. We'll always let you know before a payment's due.

Our plans are rolling monthly contracts, so there's no minimum term and no exit fees. Make sure you've got enough in your Monzo account to cover your payment. If a payment doesn't go through, we'll try again over the next few days, and you'll keep full service while we do.

There are no out-of-bundle charges. You won't be charged per minute, text or megabyte on top of your plan. If your data runs out, it stops until you upgrade your plan, start a new plan or your next month starts.

We don't plan to raise prices. But if something outside our control changes, like network costs, we might need to adjust pricing. If that happens, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, and your 5% discount, each year (up to 30% discount over time), will still apply on top of the new price.

See all plans and prices on our pricing page.
