Monzo Mobile discount

You'll get 5% off your phone bill each year, with up to 30% off over time.

After your first 12 months on Monzo Mobile, you'll get 5% off your monthly payment. You'll get another 5% off for each year after that, with up to 30% off after six years.

First 12 months there will be no discount

The discount is applied to the base price of whatever plan you're on. So if you're on a plan that costs £20 a month, after two years you'd pay £18 a month.

Your discount stays with you even if you change your plan. Your time with Monzo Mobile counts the same, no matter which plan you're on.

Your discount is based on how long you've been a Monzo Mobile customer without a break. Time on any plan counts equally.

If you cancel Monzo Mobile and rejoin later, your discount resets and starts building again from scratch, based on the rules that apply when you sign up again.

If you're on a promotional offer, your discount still builds in the background. We'll always apply whichever gives you the better price. Once your promotion ends, your discount kicks in automatically.

Your discount is applied on your next billing date after each anniversary. You don't need to do anything. You'll see the updated price in the Monzo app.

We don't plan to raise prices. But if something changes (like network costs), we might need to adjust plan pricing. If that happens, we'll always give you at least 30 days' notice, and your discount will still apply on top of the new price.
