What is Uber One? (Perks and Max)

Uber One Membership is a partner perk available for Perks and Max subscribers.

Credit will be available within 60 days after your ride, train journey or flight, or within 90 days after your car hire. Once available, credit is automatically applied to your next Uber ride or Uber Eats order and available for 60 days.

In your Perks or Max home, tap Get Uber One and follow the steps to claim.

To get the benefits, make sure to use a Monzo card when you join, and pay with a Monzo card for future orders. All Monzo cards can be used, but payments made with Apple Pay or Google Pay won't qualify.

Your membership will automatically renew after 12 months. You won’t have to do anything and you won’t be charged. We’ll notify you of any changes to our partner perks.

Already got Uber One?

If you claim Uber One membership with Perks or Max, it will automatically start once your current membership expires. Make sure to use a Monzo card when you join and when you pay to get the benefits.

You’ll have an annual Uber One Membership for as long as you’ve got Perks or Max.

Your membership will automatically renew after 12 months. You won’t have to do anything and you won’t be charged. We’ll notify you of any changes to our partner perks.
