How do I make a Home Insurance claim?

You have a few options to choose from when it comes to making a claim.

You can make a claim in the following ways:

In the Monzo app

  • Go to the insurance section in your app and tap on your active policy

  • Tap ‘Make a claim’

  • We’ll ask you some questions about your claim and explain what to expect at each stage

By Phone

  • You can call the claims handler, Sedgwick, on 0345 2661980

  • The new claim and home emergency line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

If you would like to discuss an existing claim, please call the same number as above and you’ll be routed through to the right team. The existing claims line is open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays).
