How do I make a Contents Insurance claim?
You can make a claim in the following ways:
In the Monzo app
Go to the insurance section in your app and tap on your active policy
Click ‘Make a claim’
We’ll ask you some questions about your claim and explain what to expect at each stage
By calling the claims handler, Sedgwick

If you need help urgently e.g. your pipes have burst, and you’re covered for Home Emergencies, please call the same number as above, and you’ll be routed through to the right team.
