I’d like an update on my Home Insurance claim

Sedgwick (Chubb’s claims handlers) aim to settle claims as quickly as possible however the time this takes will vary depending on the complexity of the claim. They should keep you updated throughout the process.

You’ll be able to see updates on your claim by going to the insurance section in your app, tapping on your active policy and then selecting “Check your claim”.

If you’d like an update on your claim, call Sedgwick on 0345 2661980. Their line is open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays).
