How do I connect an insurance policy?

You can connect your insurance policy in just a few taps.

To get started, look out for the prompt in your transaction feed, head to the Insurance section of your Home tab, or just tap the ‘+’ menu in the top right corner of the app.

We’ll ask you for a few quick details about your policy, including:

  • The type of insurance (like car, gadget, or pet) and your provider

  • How much you pay, and whether it's monthly or annually

  • Your policy ID and its renewal date

Once the above has been filled in, you just need to tap ‘Connect’ and the policy will then be visible in the Insurance section of your Home tab.

Once a policy is connected, we’ll send renewal reminders by push notification, in-app message and email 30 days before it’s due to renew, so you have time to review it.
