Why is my card blocked?
Replacing a blocked card
We might have blocked your card to keep your money safe from fraud or a scam.
You won’t be able to make any new payments with it, and Apple Pay or Google Pay won't work either.
You’ll still be able to use your account to send and receive bank transfers. And Direct Debits and standing orders will work as normal.
Your best bet is to order a replacement card. (If your card hasn't arrived after 5 working days, let us know and we’ll send another.)
