Getting a copy of your data

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you by making a Data Subject Access Request.

You can do this either by emailing help@monzo.com or calling on 0800 802 1281.

If you want a copy of your payment transaction history for a closed account, please email bank-statements@monzo.com instead.

If you're emailing us, please ensure that you include a Selfie holding ID or a selfie holding a piece of paper with today's date written on it (ensuring that they're both clear and you haven't sent the same image to us before)

Please let us know what type of information you're looking for, and we'll process your request once we've verified your identity.

If you would just like an account ownership letter instead that confirms details such as the date your account was opened, please let us know in-app or by email.
