Reporting a lost, damaged or stolen card
If your card's lost, damaged or stolen, it's easy to order a new one 💁♂️
Replace a lost or damaged card 💳
- Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
- Tap the Freeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find these buttons, swipe down on your list of payments)
- Tap the Replace button under your Monzo card
- Select the most appropriate replacement reason for your circumstances
Reporting a stolen card 💳
If your card's been stolen, or you've seen transactions that look fraudulent, please make sure your card stays frozen until your replacement arrives. Y
- Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
- Tap the Freeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find these buttons, swipe down on your list of payments)
- Tap the Replace button under your Monzo card
- Tap I've been a victim of fraud or theft
