Reporting a lost, damaged or stolen card

If your card's lost, damaged or stolen, it's easy to order a new one 💁‍♂️ 

Replace a lost or damaged card 💳 

  1. Tap the Card button on your account card on the homescreen

  2. Tap the Freeze button

  3. Tap the Replace button just below

  4. Select the most appropriate replacement reason for your circumstances

Reporting a stolen card 💳 

If your card's been stolen, or you've seen transactions that look fraudulent, please make sure your card stays frozen until your replacement arrives.

  1. Tap the Card button on your account card on the homescreen

  2. Tap the Freeze button

  3. Tap the Replace button just below

  4. Tap I've been a victim of fraud or theft
