I've found someone's Monzo card

If you've found someone's Monzo card, please let us know so we can replace it for them.

I’ve found a Monzo card by itself

If you’re a Monzo customer, here’s how to get in touch:

  1. Tap the Help icon on the bottom right of your Home screen

  2. Search ‘I've found someone's Monzo card’ in the search bar at the top of your screen

  3. Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article

  4. Tell us the name on the card

If you're not a Monzo customer, please email the name on the card to (help@monzo.com)[help@monzo.com] instead.

Either way, once you've reported the card as lost, please cut the card up – making sure you snip right through the magnetic stripe and chip.

Found a Monzo card with a purse or wallet? Please leave them at a safe place (like a police station) and then follow the same instructions as above (or call us on 0800 802 1281 if you’re in the UK or +44 20 3872 0620 from abroad)>
