How Brexit will impact Monzo

We don’t expect the UK’s exit from the European Union to have an impact on our customers, how you use Monzo or any of our partnerships with companies like Wise. There are no changes to how your card will work in the UK or overseas, or to any of your fees and allowances.

We’re a UK bank authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Your eligible deposits in Monzo are protected by The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to a value of £85,000 per person, and will stay that way after Brexit.
