Getting a bank statement

Here’s how to find and download all your statements (including Pots):

For mortgage applications All of our bank statements are original documents. So you shouldn’t need to get them stamped or signed for your mortgage or visa application.

But if you need a bank statement sent in the post or if you’d like a stamped/signed copy, just let us know here.

For closed accounts

When we’ve closed your account, we’ll send you an email and attach a statement with your full payment transaction history.

To keep things safe and secure, we’ll password protect the document and we’ll text you the password to open it.
