Getting full transaction history for closed Monzo accounts
When you close your account, we’ll email you a bank statement with your full transaction history. We'll password protect the document and text or email you the password.
If your account is already closed and you need a statement
You can do this here. You’ll need to tell us:
Your full name
The email address and phone number you used on the account when it was open
The dates you need the statement to include
Your account number or;
Which account you need the statement for if you had more than one account
If your email address and phone number are different now, so we can update them if needed
ID check
To keep things secure and so we can verify your identity, please also include a selfie of you either:
Holding up your ID
OR
Holding up a piece of paper with today’s date on it
What happens next?
Once we’ve got everything we need and confirmed it’s you, we’ll send you your statement. We’ll aim to get back to you within 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days.
When sent via email, we’ll password protect the document and text you the password (or send it to the alternative email address you share).
