Why Monzo doesn't have branches

We believe that we can give you useful, friendly, fast service without branches.

For example, you can open an account with us in minutes on your phone, and talk to one of our lovely customer service team any time of day or night. The money we save from not operating an expensive network of branches is money we can invest in better service and new features that people really want.

There are some things that banks with branches offer that we do a little differently, like cash deposits. Traditionally you would have visited a bank branch to do this, but with Monzo you can do this at any of 28,000 PayPoint locations across the UK.
