My mortgage information is incorrect

There are a few things you can do if you think your mortgage information isn’t right:

Check which month’s payments are included Most mortgage lenders update TransUnion every month. So the info we get might be old and we need your lender to update TransUnion before we can update your mortgage.You’ll see in the app which month’s mortgage payments are included.

Check the info against your lender’s online banking TransUnion only gives us a snapshot of your mortgage. So it might not always match what you see in your lender’s online banking.

If there is a big difference, raise it with TransUnion You might want to raise a dispute with TransUnion. They can look into this with your lender and see if they need to change this info.
