32 days of paid vacation and public holidays per year - and we highly encourage using all of them!
Up to 1 month extra unpaid leave every year
4 week paid sabbatical if you've been with us for 4 years

Paid maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave - if you’ve been with us for at least 13 weeks
Up to 26 weeks of primary caregiver leave (13 weeks at 100% pay, 13 weeks at 50% pay)
Up to 12 weeks of secondary caregiver leave (6 weeks at 100% pay, 6 weeks at 50% pay)
